How long does it take to get my order?
We will ship your order via FedEx within 24 hours Monday through Friday from Dallas, Texas. Generally, the further away you are from Dallas, Texas, the longer it takes. Shipments to either coast may take 3-5 days.
Can you just invoice us?
We can if we are shipping to a school. Just give us a call at 888-802-3522 and let us know what you’d like. We just ask that you pay your invoice as soon as you get it.
Do you take purchase orders?
We do accept Purchase Orders and there are several ways you can order with us using them. Simply send your Purchase Order via email: email@example.com, by fax at 888-802-3522, or by mail at 2229-A Santa Anna Avenue, Dallas, TX 75228. As soon as we receive your Purchase Order we will ship out your order. Another option for schools is to select “bill us”. We will call you to confirm the order, and then ship your order to your school with an invoice.
Can I fax you my order?
You bet. You can fax us at 888-802-3522. We will put an invoice in the box with your order.
Do you take credit cards and Paypal?
Yes. You can either pay with your credit card or Paypal account online, or you can give us a call at 888-802-3522 and you can give us your number over the phone.
Do you take checks?
Yes. If you are a school, you can click “bill me” when checking out and we will then send you an invoice that you can pay by check.
Do you carry my specific mascot?
Probably. We carry the specific mascot and colors for over 60,000 schools in the USA. If you don’t see your school’s mascot online, give us a call at 888-802-3522 and we’ll let you know if we have your school in your school colors.
Is the embroidery on your products included in the price?
Yes. We don’t do custom embroidery, but the embroidery showing your school’s mascot name is included in the price.
How will you ship my products?
Most all of our product are shipped FedEx. We ship most orders the next business day after we receive them.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, we will send you an email notification when your order is shipped – this will include your tracking number.
